This amazing trap is not the remote controlled model but does have the bait chum pump & magnetic hand piece. Now you can add more bait without getting wet.
To trap the fish you simply set up your trap where the target fish hangs out. Pull back on bait chum pump and clear the line of air. Burp the Bubble trap if air bubbles are in the trap. Place your fish's favorite food into the bait chum pump and push the bait in. Create a bait chum swirl by pulling and pushing the plunger back and forth. You can also add bait by simply placing it directly into the bubble trap.
When the target fish is in the trap pull the hand piece away from the tank glass to release the Bubble trap. Sometimes you will need to remove the more aggressive fish to get the target fish. You can attach a string to the hand piece to pull the hand piece if you have very shy or cautious fish.
Tankmatez Bubble Traps make trapping and inspecting fish easy and is virtually harmless.
Please keep this in mind, TankMatez pays up to $50 for high quality trap videos. If you send in just one video, the trap pays for itself. It's worth taking the time to set up your camera before you start trapping.
Managed to catch my Koran angel that was bullying other fish. Took him a couple days to go in but once in there, it was easy to trap him
Hi Abdullah, bully's suck! Glad you were able to get him out by using our trap. Patience is definitely key. Thank you so much for the review. Cheers! :)
Great product that worked the first time! Had to get my Hippo Tang out of the tank for treatment and this product worked fantastic! Shot a great video and will upload it soon.

Had an issue with my order. They were able to send me a new one even though they didn’t get the original back. The trap worked out really well...maybe too well in my case.
Hi David, so happy to hear you found success in the trap. Thank you so much for the positive review. Cheers! :)
This popped up on my FB and was a bit skeptical at first that it would actually work. I had 2 fish that became too aggressive for the other fish in the tank and I was desperate to get them out of there. I tied a long string to the pull tab and put frozen food that has a tendency to float in the bowl, in about an hour I caught both fish I needed out of there. I had caught a powder blue tang when he went in just to see if it would work. I have tried other traps in the past, it with the this trap I caught 3. I was pleasantly surprised!! I was actually shocked I’ll be honest but very glad it worked! Other fish are safely in a different tank now.
