Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on volume (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may be due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free domestic shipping via UPS. With our free domestic shipping option, buyer will receive item within 2-3 business days after shipped. Other UPS domestic shipping methods are: 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air at buyer's cost.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note: USPS First Class Mail has a very strong lack of support, due to Covid and lack of USPS staff. With USPS First Class Mail, package typically arrives within 30 days and sometimes much longer. It is strongly recommended to stick with our main shipping provider which is UPS Worldwide Shipping, which typically arrives within 1-5 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes

Please note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please always use your residential address upon checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
